Read the instructions for the product on the western I mentioned...
The proper way is to dig up the dirt, spray the removed dirt with product, and put it back...
I assume that's the procedure so insecticide does go everywhere...
The hillbilly method is to just drench the area...
I suspect either works...
I have only used to product for tree borers... Same product... With trees you just drench around the tree...
