Cat can act like dogs (play fetch and come when you call their name) but you have to train them from day one.)
There are a bazillion dogs looking for home in our area... and some of them are not pit bulls or Chihuahua... no judgement on pit bulls or Chihuahua's just a fact that half to three quarters of shelter dog consist of those two breeds.
