Are there any other known failures with the 2.7 or 3.2L engines when rev'ing the engines high? It would seem the connecting rods are known to be weak points. If the rods were replaced with higher quality aftermarket rods, would there be any other known weak point other than breathing , raising the limiter/reflash to prevent the engine from reaching 7,500 or 8,000 rpm?
