Up until a couple of weeks ago, I too would have said marrying an amazing woman >21 years ago,
but that's out the window now.
So, I'll have to say buying a business for <$100K and reselling it for >7 figures 3 years later. I did merge with a competitor so had to split the haul, but still did pretty well. Not enough to retire, but certainly changed my life.
