I have worn glasses since middle school and added contact lenses in high school. I don't know what "top quality" lenses are - but due to my stronger prescription I buy high index lenses with anti-glare coating.
I bought my most recent glasses online at
Warby Parker. They have this great home try on program, pick 6 frames online and they ship them to you free. Try them on for a couple days to see what floats your boat. Return shipping is also free. If none work you can repeat the cycle again. I got my completed glasses in 4-5 days after ordering. Very happy with them and ended up saving ~ $150 from local stores.
