I think it depends on how "SE" it is. AC? Power Steering? Sunroof? I see it has manual Windows and mirrors.
The more that seperates it from your average $1500 beater 924S the better.
The seats will probably be an issue because in the pic you posted they're the only major letdown of the interior. Don't throw some other seats in because anyone who knows SEs and is paying a sharp premium for one will know to look them. I once passed on a 951S silver rose because it didn't have original seats. And apperently I was the 4th person to do that on that car.
