I love the seat fabric, too bad it's tearing. I'm sure you could find an upholster who could fix it.

As for values.. if the mileage is a documented 60k and service is caught up, I'd start around 6-7k and work down. That might sound optimistic but from watching my local craigslist, we've had a few lower mileage clean 924's pop up around that price point and sell within a week or two. Of course I have no idea what the handshake price was. There are always a few sub 30k examples hanging around eBay with 15-20k asks.

The driver quality i.e. higher miles, non-enthusiast owned cars seem to be around 2-3k and linger for a bit.

I'll never forget my first drive in a 924S, it was a one owner 30k example and an incredibly fun car to drive. Acceleration was noticeably more brisk than a 944 of the same vintage. I remember being very surprised by the acceleration when it snapped my head back. Cool little cars, I'd love to have a nice one.
