Thanks again for all the input. This week's been a little easier than last.
The part that's the hardest for me to deal with is, of course, our daughter. After the initial shock, she seems to be surprisingly okay about the whole thing. But, all of her life, her mom has been out of town for days at a time, so that may have tempered things a bit. I don't think we'll know the real impact of the split on her for some time.
If I could delete one bit of history from my brain it would be the evening we told her. That will absolutely haunt me for the rest of my life.
