Got ahead of myself
Take 91 south from Jay to Rt 4 west into N.Y. then Rt149 to 87 south.
You can go to Albany a pick up 90 or get off 87 at exit 15 and take Rt 29 to Johnstown and 30 to the Thruway ( I-90).
