I disclose right up front I am a Banker. I know the media has done a great job smearing us, but i sleep well at night knowing I help create jobs, deliver payroll, finance growth and create stability.
I notice there are a lot of people I come in contact with that just dont have integrity. They say something but you get something else. I consider it my responsibility to drill down on most of these...like doing a ppi before buying a car or having a house inspection. But other situations make due diligence difficult or impracticle. Intrestingly to me, these seem lucritive and recommendable careers for my own young children...how about a career where you can boldly lie to people and keep getting paid for it?!?!
So tops of my list are;
1. Airline desk staff. Work every other week and lie to passengers about departure times
2. Weatherpersons. It will be sunny today
...great news, we have a tornado touching down on your house...tomorrow will be sunny amd clear...Nuff said.
know car salespeople are on many peoples lists but you can always walk away/negotiate with them.
What other professions love the deceipt?
