The fuel pump is the whine you hear.
Do not go cheap or the money is wasted.
I have success by changing the FPD and FPR on the fuel rail as well as the pump.
Use the correct tools when removing the fuel pump. The FP seal can be damaged under the crimp .
If you put in a new FP, change the tank screen and seal. Fuel filter as well.
Anyway, one or all of these maintenance items will reduce the squeal.
