Thank you for your response, John. Unfortunately, I must purchase parts on a budget. The cost for a tank strainer, fuel pump, and fuel filter is $268. The fuel pressure damper costs $93.75 and the fuel pressure regulator costs $108. How likely is it that the regulator and damper are bad? How critical is it that I replace these two parts?
Anyone else care to comment about the regulator and damper?
