As HD mentioned, if there is any silver-lining, it's that it was isolated to just one (reasonably easy to R&R) panel. So, it should be a pretty easy and relatively inexpensive job for a good paint guy.

I think cameras that could get any quality video or really any cameras at all are very unlikely.

Yep, silver lining, is definitely that it should be a relatively painless fix
