The records and the recorded rebuild are critical to pricing the car. Of course all the normal paint and rust and accident condition issues apply as well, but if a reputable engine builder did the job, and it's documented, it makes all the difference. If yes, it's $30k plus.
These cars are still value buys if they're right!
