The 2.5 Boxster is easy to stall out. the 2.7 much less so. I've had one of the former and 2 of the latter and I badly embarrassed an aggressively prepped 3.2 Carrera in my '06 2.7 on Angeles Crest. They are spectacularly good driving cars in the twisties. The best, IMO. Would still have one except for the depreciation factor. It may not be the car for you if you are insecure...
