Thanks guys,

Door panel is off, everything's been inspected:
- I shifted the glass around some in the mount, seemed normal
- No rust anywhere

Meanwhile upon further inspection and compared to the driver's window, the passenger glass simply isn't and won't seat in the window mount channel fully.

Considering pulling the glass for a better look at why it won't seat.
