Had it made up from DOM. If I had it to do over, I'd have done it in CM. But at the time, I was doing a new suspension, etc...1993.
I'll get you a picture tomorrow. We did two things to make the chassis less prone to twisting:
1) Welded 1/8" sheet metal along the top of the door sills, heated and beat them to the floor and welded them there. We thought that would help with resistance to twisting.
2) Ran a bar from the hoop to the front door uprights...step over to get in.
It isn't a coupe...but it's about as stiff as you'll get a street, sometimes track cab. I think a whole cage looks funny in an open car.
