Last week I got a couple of calls from NY that said that it was urgent to give a call back because I had 5 Federal criminal allegations pending against me. The last one ended if you dont call well good luck. I ignored them.

On Monday as I was pitter patterning on this Board I got a call from a Clark County Sheriffs Deputy by the name of Michael Fox who said I had two warrants for failure to appear before a Federal Grand Jury on June second. He gave me the case numbers his phone number etc. Say what? Why wasn't I told I needed to appear? Lets put it to u this way anytime anyone says warrants I take it seriously. Finally I said how do I know your not a scammer anybody can claim to be a Sheriff Deputy on the phone. Well sir I am only trying to help you out. Well before I do anything I am going to verify this with the Sheriffs Department to see if this is legit. Click. So I did call the Sheriffs Department and it is a scam...as a matter of fact someone in the Sheriffs office got a call from the same Deputy Michael Fox this morning, and the phone number is a throw away cell.

Well shucks I guess I aint wanted by anybody an I aint no Baby Face Tabs, Machine Gun Tabs nor Pretty Boy Tabs neither. Just a mark to be taken for everything that they could get.Which in my case was nothing.

So the upshot of this is LE is going to notify the media for people to beware of this scam.
