I got a call from "Geek Support" a few months ago. I kept the guy on the phone for a good hour. I had him describe the Windows logo for me. I asked him what shape the task bar was. I asked lots of really stupid questions. When he asked for my IP address, I gave him the IP address for FBI.gov. He tried to do a remote logon for 20 minutes. I only hope someone was watching their logs...
