Not average, and not downhills, but point in time under my own power (where the blue dot is).

The spikes on the left of the red line are fast downhills where the bike goes wooooo and scares the crap outa me.
(The tallest spike to the red dot the red line represents a point in time speed of 108km/hr downhill)

The speed indicated on the right of the red line is after the hills, measured at a point in time.
You can compare that point to similar points. (probably best to ignore the left of the red line info since most of those speed were coasting downhill. What I am referring to is the area to the right of the red line out on the flats and slight inclines where i was pedalling my ass off.)

Like I said, I'm not taking credit, I'm chalking it up to a tail wind.
Mother nature owed me a tail wind after that last brutal ride.
