SCSI is quite a, uh, broad description.
SCSI, SCSI 2, SCSI 3? 8/16 bit? Ultra (40/80/160/320) SCSI? LVD or HVD?
And what connector for the physical - as opposed to electrical/logical - interface? 40/80 pin IDC header (e.g. ribbon cable) or hot-swappable (SCA, 80-pin D-type)? Fibre Channel (multiple possibilities)?
You could just look up the model #'s off the drives; that'll have the exact spec and it's pretty much up/down-spec compatible - except LVD/HVD, they don't mix or play together well.
What's actually on them would be useful info too - probably easiest to read old Mac junk on an junk old Mac.
