My recollection of the vague attorney-ish facts posted were that it was a great all-steel conversion, with the brakes 'represented' as done through photos (later comparable photos were not of the same car) and a claim about the pre-85 M491s not being tied to VIN or some such. After inspection by a very informed scrutineer, it went south in a hurry.
