(a) Version 6 of the software from Durametric's site will download and open satisfactorily using the earlier versions of the Windows operating system but appears to have compatibility issues with the Windows 10 operating system.
(b) System requirements for downloading/operating this software as stated on the Durametric site include references to Windows 10 as being a suitable operating system.
(c) My experience would appear to indicate otherwise!
Any thoughts, ideas, remedies, will be very much appreciated.

We run the Durametric software on two machines in the shop, both on Windows 10 and without any issues or problems. I also have multiple customers running it on Windows 10 machines as well, so I would have to say it is not a Windows 10 related problem.
