I was hit with a bill for gas and lodging for the pick up and return of my 911. I assumed those costs were in the quote, silly me. Clarify everything in writing!
Providing a quote for a repaint and not including the cost of paint is ridiculous, I think. What kind of paint, single or two stage? Still, the quote should have clearly stated paint not included.
