I think the BEST unit I have seen out there is the IMS Solution by LN Engineering, I've not yet seen the EPS fix in person, but it is just another bearing. The LN IMS Solution is an oil fed bearing like the one used on the front end of the shaft (aka: the bearing that doesn't fail). IMO that is really the best bet, you put it in and never have to mess with it again... I know the bearing has become a maintenance item, but there is reasonable room for error when performing the job ESPECIALLY if you aren't doing them 2-3 times a week day in and day out. Personally I like to know when it's finished, I don't need to open the cover again...
