Great guys.
We talked about racing in the old days, those stories almost brought a tears to my eyes. That's back when racing was really racing.
Back when they raced anything with wheels and every turn could be your last, parts falling off the cars, shifters that only down shifted if you triple-clutched and blipped the throttle twice, etc.
I never asked for an autograph or anything but at the end of the day Scooter walked over and handed me the poster that they had signed for me. cool.
Dave has a place in big bear or arrowhead, can't remember but he gave me his card with the address and invited me up there to help him work on a 914 project he had started. I never got around to it but i still might.
Some day I hope to get Carroll Shelby to sign the poster too but time is running out on that one.
