When I worked in sales at the newspaper, I wore a suit and tie every day. I had 5 suits one for each day. Every 2 years i would retire the oldest and buy a new one. I like Italian suits best. When they instituted "casual friday" they said we didn't have to wear a suit but had to wear a company golf shirt, dockers and loafers. Plus we had to buy the stupid shirt. Not being a fan of their fashion sense I remarked at the meeting that it wasn't "casual friday" but "uniform friday". I was told I didn't have to participate. So every friday from then on I dressed in a black dress shirt with a black tie and wore a black suit with RED Nacona cowboy boots. Upper mgmt never said a word.
