I want to address comments from those that asked about "price per HP". First off it's not cheap. If you're looking for bang per buck this is not the route for you. On the other hand just having someone willing to design/manufacture this type of setup is amazing. I am sure he's not killing it on each build. Heck it probably does not make business sense. This is more a pursuit of passion. If he invested similar resources into another field the returns would be far greater. I for one am greatful for Chris's undertaking. I spoke to Chris and found the prices fair. I plan to pursue the ITB's and IC as soon as cash flow recovers.

Thank you, sir!
Yes, could make much more money doing regular service jobs, all-stock engine rebuilds (yes, we build all-stock engines, too!), and simpler hot-rod engines.
But the challenge was thrown down, and the geek mech-engineer in me couldn't resist picking it up, so here we are.

Very good, sir, quite close but a touch on the low side. :-)
A few unexpected setbacks -- first engine case we ever assembled and had an oil leak, dammit! -- but we're approaching the end of what became a *complete* mechanical rebuild of a 1989 C4. We're really looking forward to handing this back to the owner, seeing what he does with the interior, then watching for videos of him driving the hell out of it!
