Are you saying your diagonal corner weights are 59%/41%? If so that is way off. I think you must mean rear/front weight distribution?
Even if you get the front/rear roll stiffness distribution spot on you can still lift the inside front when you add in acceleration while turning. If you like how it handles now I wouldn't worry too much. Something to consider is that once the inside front lifts the rear is doing all the anti-roll work so any more lateral acceleration after that will cause the car to be more oversteery.
