From the pic it looks like you could add D rings off to the sides of the trailer.
also a lasso strap used in conjunction w/ a direct hook ratchet eases tie down
a lasso strap has a D or O ring integrated in the working end, the bitter end of the strap then goes thru the ratchet, run the biter end thru the wheel then thru the ring then thru the ratchet.
