The blue one is for a chassis attachment or for going to the thru the wheel straps, the direct fit ratchet can be used w/ either that strap w/ clip on end or w/ a lasso strap, wish I had a pic of the lasso, it's just like the blue w/ clip on end except the end is a D ring, you make a noose going thru the wheel then the D ring and avoid the complication of the short thru the wheel straps the padding on the wheel straps isn't really necessary. Thru the wheel doesn't work well w/ my car because the brake rotors are so large.
