To improve the problem ,
1 . Go with wider tires,
2,Back off rear sway bars,
3 Go with stiffer rear bars.
Any other ideas ???

The Car has won the Australian Hill climb championship in its class (yes with only 3 wheels)
Always wanting to improve

Thanks for the input.
Let's be clear:

1. Wider tires are not necessarily the answer. The reason you are lifting the front inside tire is because the front is so much more roll stiff than the rear. Assuming the car handles the way you want, you need to increase the grip at the rear relative to the front so you can make the rear more roll stiff compared to the front without negatively affecting the chassis balance.

2. Backing off (softening) the rear anti-roll bar makes the problem worse, not better.

3. Stiffer with which bars? Torsion bar or anti-roll bars? Going stiffer with either will help with the front inside tire lift problem but both change the chassis balance...reducing understeer or increasing oversteer.

Again:

To reduce the front inside tire lift you must make the rear stiffer relative to the front. Doing that without increasing the grip level at the rear will reduce understeer or increasing oversteer. So, unless the car understeers more than you want now, the solution is to add more tire at the rear relative to the front. Otherwise, just live with it as it is.
