I started this project last October. Not running no brakes bad tires. Sunk about $2K into a $3K base and I have a great little fun car to drive that passed PA inspection for about $5K. You can't even buy a rusted 914 for that kind of money. Parts, stock and racer, are readily available and very affordable.
