I took mine out a few weks after I Bought mine, it drove me crazy!
If I remember right, the small buzzer is on a terminal block and just pulls out of the female spade connectors behind the dash. If I can remember correctly I did this from the trunk area and let it run while the box was buzzing, felt for it and pulled it out..... Viola! You might also access it from the speedometer hole once you pull it out. If you have a problem finding it post again, it's a little tight getting to it and pulling out.
