its a lot of fun watching kids "get it" or see the drive in their eyes. I taught woodworking and construction in high school part time for a few years after college. It was a lot of fun putting the kids into these intern jobs for the summer in large construction companies. They come back with a total outlook about life, jobs and higher education. Sound like you are having fun. And here I was thinking that they are running you ragged. Good for you on getting the kid extra hours. They really need the extra money to impress the girls they take out for the weekend.
