Wow, haven't updated in a long time. Besides building a cart to hold the car so I could remove the suspension, not much else has happened. I have always wanted to learn to weld and after talking to a few buddies and watching countless YT videos, I made an order and got a delivery from Eastwood to help with the stand I wanted to build.

Okay okay, it is more of a rotisserie than a stand. I got a little carried away! But, the plans that Restoration Design (Restoration Design Inc. | Quality Custom Porsche Automobile Panels) puts out there were just beckoning me..."If you build it, your 911 will be flippable."...something like that. You can download their pdf file with plans, pics and watch a video...I HAD to try it. As you can see it WORKS!!! My welds are still a work in progress but I dropped the car on its side pretty hard and nothing moved. It is solid!!! Suspension was a BREEZE to remove!!
