true, true. I had a similar problem on my 535i where the light bulb code would always come on even though the bulbs all worked. I was told to do everything from re-doing the solder in the small c.b. to chanting at the moon for seven days and nights. it finally turned out to be that I simply was using the wrong grade bulbs. i.e. don't use the cheap brass ones
