My uneducated guess is a Les Leston with taped over rim, maybe to avoid a years worth of pulling splinters from his face in case of an incident or just for better grip. I like the early Mark Donahue signature wheels like the one in my 356 but don't know who made them, (Petri?) anybody know or have an original Porsche horn button for it?
