TARP questions....
Some guy who was catching carp left his tarp down by the river. Looks like he was using it for shelter because below it was a cpap machine. As I was leaving this really stinky guy said it was his but he was full of crap.
Should I keep it?? Return it?? Not sure what to do with it.
