Right on cue, the neighborhood kids showed up to swim at 5pm. They attend the same school as my kids. Mine didn't want to swim so I just et the other ones go. I'll let them have fun until about 6 and then shoo them so I can get supper started. One little guy even told me his parents will send money next time for pool maintenance. Obviously, I told him not to worry about it. His folks are not well off but are really nice. They don't even own a car. They must be raising him right as he is one of the most polite kids I have known.
