Fint, I had misread your earlier post to Denis. I apologize. You make some good points above.
Talking about law is fun, billing for it is work. But I share your brother's practice to never offer advice to relatives. If you ever have questions about the law, you're more than welcome to run them by me. My insights will be worth at least as much as they cost.
