Thanks to all who have replied . I do appreciate it .

when in comes to this though it would be advantages to have some one familiar with 2008 and up and 3.8ltr.

I know that could be a tall order but one who is familiar with those cars would know what to look for and look at. I'm not expecting some one to crawl under it (unless you want to) but more some one familiar with all the systems .

I'll get a dealer done PPI later to go over the hard stuff.
