Location: Placerville, CA.... You know, the only place on Highway 50 between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe the you find signal lights. Above the fog most of the time and I can see the stars of the Milky Way 8 out of 10 nights. Kinda cool.....

TX has had open carry since the beginning of the year. I haven't personally seen anyone open carrying, but my wife did tonight. I guy sat behind me at dinner with his shirt tucked in and what must have been a holster like this one. She says that all she saw was the grip sticking up out of his pants. Not a brazen open carry, but open none the less. Behind me out of sight is not where I would want to be openly carrying, but to each his or her own, I guess.
I'm ready for this sort of open carry.
