I got the car running yesterday, took off the CIS and got the plunger to move freely with some carb cleaner and by twisting it with pliers very carefully, then worked it up and down with carb cleaner and WD40 to get it nice and clean. Always made sure it did not come all the way out. I could not find any picts of the plunger up, so here is the before and after

Came to find that mice had made some nests of #@#! in the exhaust pipe so it was all burning off...
I took the muffler off and started building my new 3" exhaust system just to be sure... Much better.

Only problem is that I need to open the upper flapper to get the car to start once I hear the pressure build in the injectors. I am thinking it is the accumulator and I know the Cold start injector is disconnected.
Any ideas on what to check, it idles and runs fine once started, but takes a lot of cranking and me opening the air flap/intake under the filter to start, hot or cold
