I disagree. The pickup may have been a jerk for blocking the left lane but tailgater has no one to blame but themselves. As I stated in another thread, the person with the most to lose has the greatest responsibility to take care of themselves. Anything less is a victim mentality.
The problem with society today is that so few people want to be accountable for their actions.
