Can you imagine Bobby Allison or Cale Yarborough filing a criminal complaint arising out of their scuffle at Daytona some 20 years ago? (I know it was Donnie). The fact that Busch was still belted in is the only CS thing about it. But be real, fine Jimmy Spencer for not letting the man out of his car before busting his chops. That's the only crime I see committed here. You mean to tell me that after running 200MPH for 3 hours bumper to bumper that these guys are all supposed to sit down and play checkers?
You wait and see, when and if NASCAR ratings begin to taper off, there will be more of this WWF behavior going on and tolerated. Meanwhile, the pussy is stinkin' up the show.
