you don't build a race car with the intent to sell it. You have to remember most guys want to drive their cars to local car shows. The idea is to look like a race car but not actual be one! A little creature comfort is a good thing for the street.
Race cars sell but you have to remember you are selling to about 2% of the Porsche market.
