From what I read, Jimmy didn't just "pop" Busch. The article I read states that Busch might have to have surgery to repair damage to his face. That damage doesn't result from being popped in the face.
They are both guilty, probably, but you gotta realize Jimmy is one honery ole ba$tard. He gets pi$$ed off at anyone for little stuff.
This is just what NASCAR needs to get the fans excited and prepped for the final portion of the season.
