Well, this afternoon I realized relators always give their clients that purchase a new home a gift basket or plant congratulating them on the new home.
Sent a plant to his house today with a sympathy card...
"Sorry for your loss. Yes, another car can easily be found, but by breaking a verbal agreement you have lost your integrity, your word is now meaningless. Hope it was worth it to you. Regretfully, Richard"
