Healthy? Well first of all, stop shopping at Trader Joe's.
You have so many healthy grocery stores in your area. I looked up Newbury Park, and you've got to have a Bristol Farms or something similar in your area. If not, look at so many of the stores doing in-store meal prep. Even Smart and Final is now doing rotisserie chicken.
